Landry’s Finishing

I had hired a refinisher for our sun damaged front door but after 3 weeks and layers of damaging treatments, he quit. With our home being listed for sale in a few short weeks, I reached out to a supplier in the industry for help and he highly recommended Steve Landry. Steve returned my call within hours and was out the same day. He understood the severe damage caused to our custom VG Fir door system but felt confident he could refinish it and provided a written quote.
After changing his schedule to fit us in, Steve properly prepared and protected our home inside and out. This was a huge relief after the last company sprayed our door hardware, stucco, and interior wall with stain. Steve cleaned that mess up for us too. He also took the time to touch up some smaller wear and tear on the other side of our front door.
Overall, the transformation is amazing. My husband and I keep going outside to admire our beautiful door. It looks like it did the first day it was installed almost 10 years ago. Steve did an incredible job saving our door and we appreciate his dedication to overcome all of the challenges he faced with our project. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation and will use his services again for our wood furniture.
