Horrible downsizing, relocation, estate sales, moving services allegedly for seniors

We hired Transition Squad to help us sell, sort, organize and clean up a senior's home as stipulated in the contract. Yet, the contract did not read anything about them giving petty cash to their staff on the date of the sale. In retrospect it would make sense for staff to have change to give money back to the buyers during what is usually called a Estate sale; yet, on the day of the sale, we were surprised that the person in charge said that a huge dollar amount was distributed among a minimum of six staff members allegedly given as petty cash. We then had to deduct this money from the amount sold. This was an unexpected action as that amount was never disclosed before.
An unknown number of good sellable items were taken away in a truck from the house, allegedly for disposal. We don't know if these items were disposed or shipped somewhere else.
The company staff have no idea of the price of vintage family heirlooms, although they alleged to have people who can evaluate one of a kind goods and jewelry. Some of the one of a kind items were valued and jewelry were priced at the $10 mark, these include 100 year old, signed painting. Some other family heirlooms parts were separated and mixed with cheaper items and sold again for next to nothing. This was very sad to see.
In a huge home with a lot of items, it is difficult to know what exactly was present or not, so on one occassion, we mentioned to staff that some items were missing form the home's location, as seen a previous day. High demand sellable items; in response, the staff were extremely defensive and responded completely unprofessionally.
On the other hand, as we all know, it is very stressful to deal with moves and one hires a company to ease the stress, yet, only one staff member was pleasant - the initial two, whom we had, were quite rude and borderline abusive.
We would have never ever hired them, had we known the loss of money and the huge egos and attitudes that they brought with them - they seemed to feel they were entitled to everything because they allegedly knew what they were doing, which clearly they did not.
The seniors car was part of the package to be processed by their professional staff, yet, they just referred the buyer to us and we had to do all the work for this.
*We would definitely NOT recommended Transition Squad to anyone*
