Nick did an excellent job of installing a heat pump on my third floor. I really appreciated his friendliness, patience with my questions, careful explanation of the whole process and all my options, and his cheerfulness in dealing with an extremely chatty neighbour. Both Nick and his assistant were polite and respectful and left the work area very clean. I didnt have to find my own electrician, and Nick even recommended other tradespersons for me. Being completely unhandy this was much appreciated, as was his offer to help me with the unit if I have any issues at all. The best part is, it works brilliantly. I can even feel the effects on the main floor of my house.
