Heat Pump Installation and AC removal
ICS is a incredible company to deal with when considering installation of a heat pump. Nick did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and answering all of my questions about the various systems and government rebates. He even went above and beyond and answered my email in great detail while he was away on vacation. Never would expect it from an employee but it made quite the impression.
The day of the installation Nick and his crew were very professional and worked collaboratively to minimize any impacts on my home. They gave me all the options for running cable and we settled on the least intrusive option that made sense for my situation.
Nick took the time to answer all of my questions about running the system after a long day of installation. He went over the various settings for the thermostat and how to optimize savings and comfort.
I am excited to see the savings on my energy bills in the months and years ahead. And I feel good knowing that I have an excellent warranty on my new heat pump.
