Called them to remove a Raccoon and Tim was assigned. I asked if there were babies and they assured that there weren't. After the mother Racoon was out they blocked her entrance off, only to hear the babies dying days later and having to deal with them myself.

Update: While one of the baby raccoons died, two of them managed to survive. After cutting a hole in my wall to get them out, they were taken to a wildlife center where two survived.
