On August 4th, 2018 we had Ericka and her team member install our brand new Goodman Furnace. Our original furnace was a 21 year old single stage unit. We were very impressed with her and her partners professionalism and honesty in how well they kept us informed leading up to and through the entire process of the install. Their efficiencey and strong commitment to high quality customer service and workmanship is clearly evident from the initial point of assessment right through to the completion of the install. Ericka went above and beyond to provide us with as much detailed information as possible to assist us with chosing the best furnace for our needs so that we could make an informed decision. Ericka and her team were very friendly and hardworking. They made us feel very comfortable and at ease while they were in our home and answered all our questions and concerns. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient when explaining things and helped us with the difficult decision of ensuring we chose a furnace that was efficient for the size of our home and the best in value and reliability in such competitive industry.
