Ericka's Heating, Cooling & Appliances (Ottawa)

I paid her 175 $ total including some parts (25 $ + tax) that she claimed she used and she left the job unfinished because she said she needed more money (60.87) for more parts to finish the job next day. I said fine, when you buy the new parts, please show me the receipts, then she become ugly. I didn't understand why she doesn't want to show me the receipts which she said she will buy for 60.87. She said you buy the parts then. Imagine the cost of installing a dishwasher is 237 according to her. At the end, I let her keep my 175 and had to call another technician to finish the job. Just be very careful with her and the prices of the parts, expect you will be paying much more than what you were quoted.
