We hired Zaid to produce drawings for the removal of Structural Wall in the Kitchen. We paid Zaid a $700 deposit up front and Zaid promised to deliver the work within 5 days. Zaid did help us by guiding us on how to get Permit Drawings from the Permit Drawing Department in the City of Brampton and even came in person to review the drawings.

Zaid unfortunately had a family emergency and was unable to provide us the final drawings in time. However as a man of integrity, he refunded us our full deposit.

I recommend Zaid to anyone as he is very pleasant to deal with and will provide you with continuous updates.
