Tivoli Fine Homes

We would caution anyone that proceeds with Tivoli homes . We would never recommend this company to anyone. We were extremely disappointed. It was a horrible experience and seriously caution anyone proceeding with them.

Beware! Great at talking the talk but completely incompetent workers. No supervision or job site management. Carpenters were attempting to learn on the job by looking up tasks on You tube. House was damaged. Items were installed without proper mechanics or venting. Railings were installed incorrectly and were loose. Many aspects of the architectural drawings were ignored or not read leading to having to remove and reinstall at great expense. The city or Toronto building inspector noted the amateur and incompetence of the job overall. Many items had to be re-done.

Renovations

We bought our home knowing full well that it would be a “gut job” before we could move in. The house needed a lot of work and personal touches so that we could call it our own.
We were introduced to Pat through a friend and so we called him take a look at our new place and ask about all the ideas we had in store for our new home.
It didn’t take long before we realized that he would turn our ideas into reality. Every time we asked if any of outrageous ideas that we saw on Pinterest was possible, he would simply say, “anything’s possible”! He was patient and worked with us as we changed our minds, (many times) on some of the
of the projects.

He dispelled all the horrors that vilify contractors and
he made it possible for us to enjoy our “forever home” and create new memories with our family.

We went with Tivoli Homes (Pat was whom we dealt with) after talking to more than 7 contractors over 5 years. Pat was excellent from start to finish. The cost was by far the most competitive. Pat's always available to offer free advice. All the trades people (pluming, electrical, painting, flooring etc.) were very professional and delivered very high quality work. Very importantly, Pat was very accommodating and understanding throughout. He does not nickle and dime you and happily fixes issues as they arise without any complaint (this is above and beyond the work we agreed to). Friends and family who looked at our "new" house are beyond belief at the transformation - as we are. Our house now looks beautiful and very functional. We HIGHLY recommend Pat & Tivoli Homes.

After numerous estimates we decided to move forward with Tivoli Fine Homes to complete our second floor addition and renovation. Pat was who we dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, had such great ideas and the timeline he provided us was accurate. He would always get back to us very quickly whenever we had any questions. He worked with us right from the beginning with design right through to the finishing touches and made sure we were happy with all choices. He had constant communication regarding this project and handled all concerns in a professional, timely matter. Very happy that this project was completed on schedule and budget.
