We are truly happy with the work of All Pro Metals. We needed our vinyl siding repaired because every time it rained hard or snowed, the water would seep in through the California blinds in our second and third floor. What's worse is that the water and humidity had started to create big cracks in our walls.

We thought we had fixed the situation the past summer when we had another contractor come to fix it. Back then, we were told it'd take just a patch and everything would be fine. Unfortunately it wasn't. To our horror, we started to see the leaks again a couple of months after the patch was done.

So we started looking for a contractor to redo out vinyl siding for over 5 months. We were truly not looking forward to dealing with another contractor, but unfortunately had not other choice. We got quotes from many contractors and had some major contractor stores refusing to even give us a quote because they couldn't guarantee the job.

So when Octavio from All Pro Metals recommended a full removal of the existing siding and included a guarantee, we knew that they meant business. We were not disappointed.

Their attention to detail was outstanding. They removed the old vinyl siding and the caulking (we had other contractors tell us it wasn't possible or necessary).Then they cleaned up everything, including brick areas, and proceeded to waterproof, insulate and reinstall the new vinyl siding. Octavio and his crew also protected our Japanese Maple tree (it's in the front of the house), and air conditioning unit while doing this job. They cleaned up each day and put everything back exactly to the way it was when they finished.

Octavio's customer was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step to me, and then later on a different date to my wife, about what was the possible cause for the leaks and how he would be doing the work. He suggested that we use the latest self-adhesive membrane to waterproof the area. Since I had been reading about it in some contractor forums I went to for advice, I was happy to see that he was suggesting the same. He send us the spec sheets and links to the description to reassure us of his recommendation. The most impressive was that during the work itself, Octavio sent pictures for each stage of the job, just as he had promised in the quoting process.

All Pro Metals prices were also impressive. We got several quotes and theirs was the best one, even considering all the effort they put in! We are genuinely happy and satisfied with the work Octavio and his crew did. After so many unsavory experiences with many contractors over the years, having such a smooth and pleasant experience is truly one we really appreciate. We highly recommend them.
