RJ Construction Design

I hired Robert to install my new lighting as well as remove and dispose old lighting. I want to be fair and give him a fair review. For his first part of the job which was installation he did them well and they lightings work. However, for the second part which was cleaning and disposal as well as feeling responsible to finish the job completely he made me disappointed.
He did not cleaned up so I had to move all boxes and clean remaining of the work. After he left (Dec 22), I messaged him to pick up the old lighting for disposal. He told he will come tomorrow but did not show up. I messaged him on 23 and 24 he did not respond at all. On 26 I told him that I will write a review so people know that you do not come to finish your job and do not respond to me after you are paid. He said he had a family emergency but will come and pick up the lights right away. I am not sure if the family emergency is real or just an excuse to get away from responsibility. After 10 DAYs on Jan 3rd (one week after he told he will pick up the old lights) I disposed them myself as he never showed up to pick up the old lights.

He did a good job but left a mess behind. He never picked up the old wood that he promised to clean up. Once he got his full payment he never came back to pick up his garbage. Sorry to say. Lessons learned do not pay in full until full work is done.

I hired him again to paint my apartment. Again he completed the painting and told me he can fix my floor. I asked him to keep the secure key, until floor is done, the new tenant has already moved in. Never heard from again. He literally disappeared with my key. It cost me $200 to get a new secure key. Not going to use him again.

I needed a new dishwasher installed. I contacted RJ Construction and Robert accepted and installed my dishwasher perfectly.

Old pedestal was replaced with a new vanity along with a new faucet and shut off valves and appropriate materials as needed, new mirror was installed with new modern vanity light, floating shelf and a complete paint job for the final finish. Pedestal was disposed of as asked and area was left clean once job was complete. Thorough and professional. Thank you to Rob for a job well done!

He was very responsible and fast.snd he did a great job. I am very happy.i recommend to everyone.

I had my main bathroom and powder room renovated. New bathtub and tiles new vanity / toilet and floors. I had leaks in bathtub and toilet and rob also knows enough about plumbing that I didn’t need a plumber he fixed my plumbing issues as well. The bathrooms look great and he showed up at 8 every morning and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done . I will be using him again because I have a lot of things that still need work around the house and it’s nice to find somebody you can trust.

RJ Construction responded promptly to our request for service. The work was completed thoroughly in a timely and professional manner. They left no mess, and caused no disruption while working. I would definitely recommend them, and would not hesitate to call on their services again in the future.

We have a 2 storey house that we just bought. It is 12 years old and had not seen a lot of regular maintenance. The caulking around all of the windows and doors was i bad shape. RJ Construction came in and removed all of the old damaged caulking and installed new, even finding areas that had never been caulked. They were fast and efficient, doing exactly what they said the would and worked to the schedule that we had agreed to. Great Job!!!
