Ron helped me to replace my microwave/rangehood with the new sakura rangehood. He seemed to be very familiar with the microwave unit and was able to remove it very quickly and effortlessly. The new rangehood was not as commonly seen and hence he had to go and purchase a new vent duct and cut a bigger cabinet hole to install it. This resulted a $60 extra cost, but the job was done nicely.
