Jc Masonry

I would not recommend or will not be using JC Masony for future work. I hired JC Masonry to install some Bana stone on stairs, parging around the house, replacing a sill and tuck pointing an upstairs window.
I was really hoping Jesse would come through for me and finish the job and come back and clean up a few items. I paid in full and I was told they would come back the following day to finish up. All items of the order was not complete. One was $200.00 for parging. I asked for this portion of the job to be returned and I got ignored. I messaged multiple times throughout the summer of 2021 to come back and finish the work and fix a few areas and I still got ignored. A few areas of the parging at my steps started cracking in the first few days. Many areas of the parging was wiped all over my new interlocking and was not cleaned up causing stains. Some parging was left with large sharp lumps. Some areas at the steps was missing mortar at the joints where water can migrate.
I have attached a few pics.
They cut the stones in my grass and left stone chips and piles of dust causing the grass to die in this area.
Overall the Bana Stone work on my steps look good but overall I am disappointed the way everything ended up.
I have some work to do in the summer on my Front porch. I will not be calling JC Masonry

The guys at JC Masonry were nice and professional. They did an incredible job of the window sills and the groat around them. I would recommend JC Masonry to anyone. Great job!

We recently decided to have someone tuck point the joints between our windowsills, and fix some cracks In our foundation. After receiving numerous quotes from several different companies, we settled on working with Jesse and we were not disappointed. In addition to his excellent Workmanship, He was extremely professional, Providing excellent customer service and excellent communication. I would definitely recommend his service to my friends and would use him again.

After two previous cancelled contracts by other contractors, Jesse and team stepped up when they didn't have to and honored my pre-existing contract with another company.
They take pride in their workmanship, are hard workers, professional, respectful, and an awesome team.
They left my place cleaner than when they arrived and offered me sound advise on preventative work to save the rest of my chimney without having to replace it.

I found them Very professional and respectful people. They are quite accommodative. Every day clean the area. They install two windows sill and repair chimney bricks. They also repair the rocks on my staircase in a reasonable cost. I am quite happy with their work!

Jamie and his crew were efficient, respectful and did an excellent job with my Foundation and window sills.

The price was very reasonable and I would use JC Masonry again in the future.

The stone work around the entrance to our house was badly water-damaged.
Jesse came to the house to check things out and discuss various ways of repairing the damage. We looked at several options, from the most to the least expensive solutions. I was pleased that he listened and was open to my suggestions rather than pushing for the costliest fix.
Due to weather, holiday and covid restrictions, it took a while for the work to be completed, but in the end, the repair was done exactly as discussed for exactly the price we had agreed on. Jesse did most of the work himself.
He was fair, honest, polite and skilled.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

The brick window sills were deteriorating and needed to be replaced. Jesse and his team handle the task with ease. They were friendly, polite, considerate of our needs, and willing and able to answer any questions. I was so impressed with them and their work, I am planning to ask them back in the spring for some additional house maintenance.

Fabulous work, JC Masonry was a life saver. We needed to get our house ready for sale and had a tight timeframe and a complicated front porch and walk up to fix up asap! JC Masonry provided great advice to arrive at the optimal solution and was super responsive to make sure it could be done in time. We ended up done ahead of schedule with great service and a great result!
