Nick did a fantastic job in drywalling our kitchen ceiling. He takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that the work is done right. Sanbow Construction met my needs. Understanding my budgetary constraints, they were able come up with creative ideas and reconstruct my backyard with mostly existing material and sourced out affordable material to give me my very own backyard oasis.

Sanbow Contracting did a great job waterproofing our basement foundation, repairing a leaky bedroom wall by replacing drywall and insulation, and carried out various repairs and upgrades to our new property - a century-old house. Sanbow construction came into my home and within a very short period of time, my shower went from being a worn, old, ugly surround to a beautifully tiled shower with a new shower head and facets. Improved the whole look of the bathroom and was done so well. The team was extremely professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and really involved us in the process to ensure that we were happy all along the way. We also had them strip a bedroom that was in really rough shape when we bought the house. They stripped it down to the bare bones and redid the stud work, insulation, wiring, drywall, mudding, taping, and sanding. They did a great job of limiting the drywall dust from being all over the house and once we painted, we couldn't believe how smooth the walls were....a totally new room that we are now extremely pleased with. I would recommend SanBow to anyone who wants a job well done by a great team. Thank you, Nick, for a job extremely well done and for making such a huge difference to our home. We will be having you back when we're ready for the next project. I wish I had the pre work pics to post for comparison, but the post work pics certainly outline a job well done!!
