I highly recommend Rooterworx. This is my first review in my life because I want to show my appreciation for Sergio. Sergio responded quickly, assessed the exterior damage, and the price was reasonable. The next day, his team arrived and were exceptionally hard-working and professional, arriving on time and completing the job diligently. Most impressively, they left the site clean and even placed the grass back in the same spot. I truly appreciate Sergio and his team.

The problem was solved within a half hour and drain was cleared quickly and efficiently. Great service.

Rooterworx were very responsive and came the same day within 2 hours on a Saturday. The workers were very efficient and worked quickly to clear our main drain. They also scoped with a camera and that brought the cost up. I did not expect them to put a camera through the drainjust clear it. I understand that if the blockage did not clear or the equipment got stuck on something, then a camera scan would be important. However, ours was very straight forward and was essentially a simple clearing of the main drain.

Sergio responded quickly to my request and he and his team had the Job done within a week. The detailed estimate showed what work they were going to do and the estimate was the final price.
His team worked hard in the hot sun and the job took about 6 hours.
Would definitely recommend if you have any foundation or waterproof issues.

Excellent service!! They arrived same day within a few hours of my call (which was around 5pm). They were very thorough and checked the drain was properly fixed. They didnt rush at all. Im a single woman so they could have messed around with the price, but they were totally honest and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Dont bother calling the other guys. Call Sergio at RooterWorx. Was visiting my 92 year old dad abd 88 year old mom for Canada weekend. Had a stubborn clogged drain that someone else was supposed to have fixed 6 months ago with some plumbing. After calling other services, spoke to Sergio and within a couple of hours and a reasonable price compared to others everthing was good. Highly recommended to my friends and family and anyone reading this.

We had a blockage in the basement bathroom floor drain at around 8pm. This caused flooding in the bathroom. If we ran and water in our home, including
use of dishwasher and toilet, things got worse.

I put in an emergency request for help. Rooterworx was the first one that called. They were very professional and said they could come in 1.5 hrs. Thankfully they arrived in less than 1 hr.

The two servicemen that came were very polite. They got to work immediately to see what the problem was using their camera. Them they cleared the pipes and showed us that the problem was due to tree roots getting into cracks in our old pipes. Great work, thanks!

Sergio replied to the request promptly and scheduled the work a few days later as requested. The team showed up on time and got the job done! Glad to have a working sink back!
