This window covering project started in November, we got our blinds early December. We were not happy as they did fit right, the functionality of the patio blinds did work as our Sales person thought they would, so we called Budget Blinds and the sales person came back. She checked all the measurements and told us we would get all new blinds that will fit properly. Just before Christmas the installer came back with no new blinds removed some slats from the existing blinds and said that is all that can be done. Still not happy with whole situation we again contacted Budget Blinds, let them know that we were not happy. We later received call back from Sales manager who turned out to be the owner, He personally came to our house, seen our dilemma and agreed that it was not right. He measured everything and brought us some temporary blinds a week later and took away all the blinds that needed adjustment. He also agreed that the Patio blinds where not what we should have and that they were not very functional for that window. He brought samples of another blind which we looked over and selected what we liked. Within about three weeks again the installer came back with all the blinds, put them in and installed new blinds on the Patio door. When all was said and done about 3 hours later we finally had gotten what we thought we were originally getting installed. I must say that everyone at Budget Blinds went beyond the call of duty to make us a happy customer. From the owner to the installer and all those in between, it can be said the customer service was outstanding and they can be proud of the fact that they stand behind their promise of customer satisfaction, it was fabulous.
