Sapphire Stairs And Railing

I contacted Jay to see if he would be available to build some banisters on my first to second floor staircase after I had serious fall. He was very sympathetic and fit me in the day after I was released from rehab and two days after I contacted him. He worked into the evening to get the job done after his regular working hours and he did al little extra at no additional cost which was already very reasonable. My home is 100 years old and has the old plaster walls. He had no trouble finding the studs and attaching the new banisters very firmly so that I would feel secure on my stairs.

Jay and his team were great. From the quote until the job was finished everything went very smooth. Their communication was excellent. The work was completed within the promised timeframe, they kept everything clean throughout the process and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. 100% recommended.

Jay and his crew were very reliable. The work was beyond reproach, and Jays professional attitude and suggestions made quite a difference to the end result. Communication about the progress was superb. Two fireplaces were installed; one in a built out wall, staircases were replaced, including steps, new glass railings and new banisters as well as the Living room floor being replaced. The final result was spectacular and has earned many compliments from the visitors Ive had.
