DO NOT TRUST TRISZTAN! After quoting us 5 days to complete this job, we had to bail him out on multiple fronts from giving him guidance on where to find the equipment to finding bins large enough for soil (at a deal) to finding people to remove tree stumps that he agreed to handle himself. At every turn, he made excuses not to complete the work. He also made commitments to come and finish the job and never showed up, then ghosted us every time we followed up. Our backyard is not a dirt pit over 5 weeks later. He took our money and RAN. Zero communication and never showed up on the multiple instances he said he would. I would STRONGLY encourage you NOT to take his word on anything and find yourself a more reputable contractor. By far the worst individual we have ever worked with, and weve gone through multiple renovations in the last 4 years, so that is saying a lot.

Hi Mona, it is nice to hear from you again. Seeing you post such nasty and untruthful reviews on all my platforms is quite frustrating as this is not true in the slightest. First let me address the money issue - I have never in my life and would never take someones money and run. I quite often give deals to families in need and single parent households where I break even on my projects to help those in need. However in our circumstance I started the project as requested and was completing excavation in your backyard. We ran into an issue with a tree that had large roots and was going to cost an additional $500 to remove as we needed to rent a special machine. I came and told you this information as excavation could not continue until this tree was removed (which you were well aware of). You did not want to pay the extra $500 and told me you would be able to find someone to remove the tree for $100. I told you not a problem and to reach out to me when it was completed so my guys could get started again. 2 weeks went by without a word from you. Which at this point I had already started another project that was scheduled in. Out of no where your husband reached out to me and asked when my crew would be back to finish the excavation and insisted that you never wanted to outsource the tree removal and were waiting for me. This was a blatant lie that quite honestly made me feel taken advantage of and uncomfortable to continue this project with you. However, I told you that I had already started my other project as you took 2 weeks to reach back out to me, but to give me time to see when I could work you back into my schedule. You did not like the fact that you had to wait and assumed I would be able to drop everything I was doing and come right back to your site after 2 weeks of radio silence. After constant harassment from you, I messaged you and told you that I did not feel comfortable moving forward on this project with you, however, I would put you in touch with some excellent companies I know personally who could complete this project for you. You continued to threaten me and my business, as well as threaten to sue me. I wrote back that I had my legal council advice me on this choice and if you wanted to sue I had no problem handling this in court. At which point you changed your mind and knew you did not have a case to take to court. You then decided to go and write lies about me on every platform you could find. Insinuating I took your money and ran is a very serious and untruthful accusation. I have receipts that show I spent more money on the excavation I already completed than the deposit you provided. Walking away from this job, I lost money. As well, I had all my equipment lined up, you came to me and told me you knew a guy who was cheaper and wanted me to go through them so you could save a $100 dollars. So please do not go on here and make it look like I needed your help to complete this project. At this point I have taken legal action and my lawyers have prepared a lawsuit for defamation against my business. The next you will be hearing from me is through my legal council. You should be ashamed of your disgusting actions and you will not be able to get away with bullying and harassment. Wish you all the best, cheers!
