Agree with all those nice reviews, awesome service. Eddie and his colleague came on time to me even after another job in the morning. They went the extra mile to meet me at home depot to pick the 5 posts they would install. They finished digging by manual tools in a short time because the area was having bushes and shrubs. Posts were installed levelled properly in under 3 hours. Thank you so much

Eddie and his crew came in with short notice. The job had some challenges because its an older neighborhood with tree roots and other obstacles. Had one of the other big post hole companies come in and all they found were obstacles and reasons why they couldnt do the job but Eddie and his team saw the obstacles and found solutions. Would highly recommend.

I used Proper Construction Company to replace my old deck as well as to extend it. The manager and his team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. High professionals. Great communication. Eddie and his team went above and beyond on our deck project. From obtaining permits, BEAUTIFUL workmanship and fantastic communication throughout the entire process...I really can say enough about how great my experience was with Proper Construction. The materials we purchased for the deck were discounted which created many obstacles during construction. Eddie and his team solved every problem with hours of dedication to allow my family to have the deck we had waited so long to have. Their price for construction was also very fair.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Eddie and his team were a pleasure to work with. Eddie was very helpful and communicated clearly during the consultation phase. There were no hidden costs and he was up front with everything. The team worked very efficiently and was respectful of our space. Their craftsmanship is very good, I had no issues and the few requests I made they did with ease. I will be going back to Eddie and his team when it's time to build a pergola for the jacuzzi.

Proper Construction company is very professional. The response was fast, quote reasonable and the fence done on time as programmed.
