We have been through our fair share of contractor nightmares so it was such a relief to work with someone who did quality work, on time and on budget. I met with Eddie back in the fall 2021 but decided to wait until Spring 2022 to get my new fence and deck. Eddie was very accommodating and did a fantastic job with his team. They got it done in a short amount of time in the beginning of April. His pricing was also very fair when considering a high lumber costs and price gouging by other competitors. Seven months after our fence was beautifully built by Proper construction I called Eddie. My husband became ill. I am a short person and the gate latch was high. Eddie came immediately and lowered the latch for me. This kind of service is rare.

Eddie provided a very personalized service. We required a drawing for a building permit and Eddie provided a referral to a quality specialist. He kept us informed continuously regarding the progress in a time when the delivery of supplies were uncertain. He was personally on site for much of the construction and clean up. The deck looks great.

Employees are really organized and fast. Eddie the owner, is really professional in his field. I am 100% satisfied with the work they have done. Their price was really competitive and fair and I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Summer 2021. I saw a beautiful fence in our neighbourhood and got Eddie’s contact info from the homeowner. Eddie and his team built an excellent, tall, sturdy 100 foot fence and gate for us. Several weeks later strong winds from hurricane Larry, started to sway a tree against the fence. Eddie came right away and adjusted the fence to prevent the tree from touching it. Great service!

Eddie and his team did an absolutely beautiful job on our back deck. They created and achieved the modern look we were going for and completed the job on time and on budget. They also identified and addressed some safety issues that have made our outdoor space safer. The entire team was hard working, patient and accommodating with a last minute change in scope, which was appreciated.

Above all else, what stood out the most was how much Eddie and his team cared about their craftsmanship, keeping us happy, and delivering a truly exceptional finished product.
