We are disheartened to see this post especially since our family-team did such a beautiful renovation and we sincerely thank you for the opportunity. We feel terrible that you experienced a flood caused by another company and not by our doing. Having said that, we did provide all the receipts during the project so if there is any additional information you require please let us know and we will gladly do whatever we can to assist you. Emails and calls are returned within a 24-48 time frame and we do recall leaving voice messages back. One very recent. In good faith, we returned to the site to assist you with stopping the leak and random repairs caused by the tenants (tile work, drywall repairs, baseboard damage, etc.) all without asking for any payment for the work performed. We are happy to call you back once again to resolve any issues you may still be experiencing. Again, we are sorry that you had to experience a flood after all the beautiful work that was completed.
