Kitchen, powder room and flooring
Saif and his team did a full reno of the first floor of my townhouse.
Kitchen - fully gutted, custom made cabinets, built under counter storage, installed the gorgeous counters and all the fixings
Powder room - new flooring, toilet, custom vanity and sink
Entry way - nee flooring
Living room - removed the corner gas fireplace (highly recommend - gained 5’ of space!), installed pot lights throughout, new high wide plank flooring
Paint - entire first floor and entryway
This was the first reno I’ve ever done and Saif made it seamless. Despite covid delaying our start, his team was in and out in 4 weeks. Saif regularly came by to check on the work from his contractors and was very accessible via text, cell and email. His team will be working on my 2nd floor reno next - installing new flooring and master bath full upgrade. I’ve recommended him to a number of neighbours in our townhouse complex.
