Radek came highly recommended from one of my family members and notedly so. Aside from the great and clean work he has done with our hallway and bathroom, he has been supporting us with the esthetic of the space as well. My family is pleased with his work ethics and would recommend him to others.

Radek and his team did a great Job of installing hardwood flooring in my home. From start to finish everything in my home was protected and covered to ensure no damage. Radek made sure to include me in every step of the process so everything was done perfectly to my preferences. The flooring came out perfect and I couldnt be happier. I definitely recommend Smart choice contracting and I will be using them again in the future.

Radek helped design and create a beautiful bathroom. He knows what works and makes suggestion based on what is functional and in style. His craft is beautiful and product is to code. He is very careful to make sure everything is properly waterproofed. He is also very considerate of your home and masks everything. I was very picky and Radek came back to make sure everything was done to my specifications. He is a great listener and tries to meet and exceed your expectations. Your home is in safe hands.

Radek and Sylvio installed a custom shower, several new electrical outlets/switches/exhaust fan and roughed in a couple of vanity lights.
They also put up a new partial wall to extend our vanity area.
They were very professional, polite, clean, prompt and thorough in their work. They asked multiple times at various stages for us to confirm that work would be done to our exact specifications before making final cuts.
Only a few items needed to be addressed before our final inspection and they were quick to rectify the issue with no questions asked.
We are very happy with our new shower and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Radoslaw (and his colleague) were very professional. He had good recommendations about things I had not thought about. Transitions from wood to tile look terrific. I'll probably be using this company (Smart Choice) for other projects that I have in mind because it can do a wide range of home renovation projects. Wonderful work. Thank you.

Radek and Silvio did an excellent job fixing problems which were the result of shoddy work by a previous contractor.
They not only worked on what they were contracted for but also attended to other issues they found. The work they did looks great and will remain so for years to come

We had water issues in our backyard and needed a solution. A previous landscaper had dug out our lawn creating a swimming pool effect with a stone wall surrounding it. We also needed a new fence at the back of our yard. Radek heard our ideas and thankfully told us the ideas were bad. So many contractors came by and quoted on what we asked for but didn't give better solutions. Radek broke down why our idea wasn't the best solution and gave us a way better idea that left us with a yard that feels more open with more space to use. Great stone work, slick new fence and new landscaping that deals with the water issues. Thanks, Radek.

Contractor who did the job was excellent! Great workmanship, service, responsiveness, open to suggestions and completion of project on time.

Radek and team did an amazing job repairing a walkway that was damaged by a neighbors fence build. The team was efficient and cost effective and always left everything tidy. This project was for my in laws who are seniors and Radek ensured they were comfortable with the work and as mentioned provided a fair price for the work. This is our second time working with Smart Choice and will continue to recommend them.
