The entire project was a nightmare. Payment was received in full before project started. There was no project manager assigned. The person who made the sale and gave the promises was never to be heard from again. A two week timeline became three months staying at a hotel. Substandard contractors were used. As owners we became the project managers. Highly advisable to hire kitchen companies to do kitchens, bathroom companies to do bathrooms etc
