The dispatcher told us the price was going to be 60 total and the locksmith will be there in 25 minutes. An hour or more later the locksmith showed up and raised the price to 140. Not even in the ball park of what the dispatcher said. All he did was drill the lock. At least I got a lesson in getting in my house if that ever happens again. Other than that, bad experience. Oh and the lock smith offered to instal one of his locks for 40 dollars after we told him we paid 20 for the one he is drilling into.

Not impressed with the service whatsoever. The company quoted me one price over the phone - then a substantially high one in person. Secondly, showing up in a run down, beige van with no company logo. Then, decided it was of their utmost profession to text me personally - using the phone number given when making the appointment - asking for my social media. I am completely disgusted with this company and feel violated. Will be taking further action.

Just bought my first home and needed to get my locks changed pretty quickly. My agent actually contacted 24/7 Locksmith and they send someone out to meet me based on my availability which was nice. The locksmith was very nice and professional. He gave me a selection of locks he had in his inventory but also helped me save some money by letting me know I can purchase my own locks to cut the cost. I appreciated the honesty but went with his inventory anyway as I had no time to buy my own locks. He got the job done quickly and the locks work great. Thanks guys, solid work.

We had to change a few locks for our business since the keys were stolen. Our colleague recommended 24/7 Locksmith from their own experience. When they sent the technician over for the lock changes, he actually offered and alternative way to save the locks and that was to rekey the locks. This saved my business a lot of money and I find that to be great client service.
I would recommend 24/7 locksmith for any business needs.

I was in London shopping at the mall and unfortunately locked myself out of my car by accident. I contacted 24/7 Locksmith and they were very friendly on the phone. They sent a locksmith out to me and though he was about 5 mins delayed, he called me to assure me he was on his way which I appreciated. Once he arrived he checked out my car door and gave me a reasonable price and asked me if I authorize him to go ahead with the service. He got in my car in less than 2 min and requested I show proof of ownership which I didn’t even think of but can see they are true professionals! There were no surprises in payment and he was super friendly and professional. Thank you for your help!
