MKZ provided us with a competitive quote and a schedule before they started. The met the schedule and never missed a day during the project. Their workers were very professional, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The work is exceptional.

MKZ were excellent in executing the drywall portion of our basement renovation project. They started on time, kept us informed as the work progressed and finished when they projected. The quality of work was excellent and the job site was kept as clean and tidy as you can for a drywall job. On top of that their price was very reasonable for the scope of work.

Max from MKZ provided us with a timeline & estimate of cost for replacing our "stucco" ceilings on the 1st & 2nd floor of our home. MKZ came in - on-time & on budget for our project. Max's professional staff - "Big" Max & John did a beautiful job, with great attention to detail - it was worth every penny. They cleaned up site daily & at end of project.
We will be doing a basement renovation starting later this year & will certainly call on Max at MKZ to quote on our drywall & ceiling replacement.

The MKZ crew are amazing! Big M is an artist with the ceiling work and all the work from all the trades from the trim to the house painting is top notch. I called MKZ Construction on a Tuesday hoping they could squeeze us in asap, and these guys delivered! they started the job Thursday and had everything done by Tuesday. the quality of work is awesome, and the customer service was fantastic we will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

MKZ construction completed installation and finishing (taping/mudding/sanding) of drywall plus sprayfoam for our entire basement. They were super efficient, on-schedule, trustworthy, and priced attractively. Maxime is a great communicator and lays out the plan at the start and follows up with an email everyday on progress and next steps. He takes initiative to get a hold of you when any questions arise. He manages his staff and visits the site to make sure everything is on-track so you don't have to step in at all. Would highly recommend.
