Nassar plumbing & renovations

Here's a summary of the work done by Nassers team: 1) Replaced the washer hose bibs, as they were seized up.
2) Replaced the main bathroom shut-off valve, which was also seized and would not turn off. This will save over $200 per month due to the small daily leak.
3) Installed a new supply hose.
Tightened the loose lavatory faucet upstairs.
All work completed on time.

The tube leading from my dishwasher to my sink was leaking. Azan was very prompt and helpful from the beginning, I sent him photos and videos of the leak and he was able to identify the problem. We set up an appointment and he was able to fix the problem within 20 minutes.

My bathtub drain was blocked and backed up due to a drain snake and hair being stuck. Azan came and cleared it very quickly and resolved an issue I'd had for almost 2 weeks, in an hour. Despite not knowing me well, he was ready to help immediately after I knocked on his door.
