I have nothing but good things to say about Craig (Smith Property Renovations). Craig and his assistant, Maya, renovated our three bathrooms in Spring of 2021. Their workmanship was exemplary and exceeded my expectations. Craig is a master at what he does. He has meticulous attention to detail and the final product was top notch. Craig was great to work with and when my bathrooms presented a couple of challenges along the way, Craig and I worked to resolve them together. Selecting a contractor when you don’t know them is daunting, however, I definitely made the right choice in Craig (Smith Property Renovations) and plan to work with Craig again on future renovations. I hired Craig last summer to do a bunch of repairs and renovations, including two new bathrooms, kitchen, and a range hood for our oven. He is so, so good at what he does -- every job he does is thorough, meticulous, flawless, and so classy. Even a year later, the rooms he worked on feel like they belong in a two-million-dollar home. He is also punctual, reliable, friendly, and easy to reach by phone or text. Best of all, he gave us lots of free tips and advice for other renovations that we did ourselves. We would never hire anyone else!

Craig took a washroom that was an embarrassment and turned it into a showpiece. We learned about Craig from our neighbors who had used his services in the past. Great reference. Working with Craig was an absolute joy! From the very first time we met to go over the bathroom project he was meticulous, organized, friendly, and highly skilled. We 100% trusted him to be in our home when we weren't there (he even paid special attention to our cat and making sure she was safe). After a major leak in our bathroom, we were referred to Craig by my husband's parents. Besides doing outstanding, professional work, throughout the project Craig showed the utmost respect for our time and property. He worked on our project exclusively until it was completed. He always arrived when he said he would and cleaned up his workspace at the end of each day. Craig was highly communicative and consulted with us whenever there was any kind of decision to be made. Should have done this review 4 months ago but I've been too busy enjoying my new bathroom haha. What else can I say that other reviewers haven't said already? Craig really is a perfectionist and sets high standards for himself that you can rest assure that the workmanship he offers is bar none!
