Had three bathrooms renovated and are absolutely amazing.Craig takes significant pride in his work.He is very meticulous and is a perfectionist.The job sites were always clean.He communicates exceptionally well.He does outstanding work and I would highly recommend him.

I contracted Craig from Smith Properties to do the more demanding portions of my kitchen renovation. He did the smoothing and painting of the walls, the smoothing and painting of the ceiling and the installation of the new cabinets and tile backsplash. I did the demolition and flooring. Craig was very accommodating as to the division of the work.
Craig does very good work. He has a good eye and takes care in his measurements, level and square. He provided helpful tips on the work I was doing.
His rate was fair and his time commitment to the project was appreciated.

Craig is extremely reliable, trustworthy and talented. The tile work was extensive (see pictures, which do not show it nearly as good as it should), the attention to detail and perfect alignment are outstanding. We would never hesitate in recommending Craig, and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is a perfectionist and also maintains an extremely tidy work site. Craig is also highly communicative in ensuring that the scope of work and expectations prior to and during the job are being maintained.

Craig has helped us with various tasks after moving into our first home (drywalling, window caulking, etc.) and recently demolished our old deck. He is communicative and honest about the work that needs to be done, and reliable when it comes to scheduling - a rare find when it comes to general contractors! The work is high quality, and Craig has always been professional in our interactions - he does a great job explaining what he is doing and why. We are happy to have "go-to" contractor we can trust, and highly recommend him to others looking for home help.

Craig arranged all the lumber delivery and did the labor to build deck.

Smith Property Renovations has completed a series of projects, in our office and at our residence. This has included partitions, painting and decorating, flooring, landscaping, fencing, and millwork. Had a problem with freezing water pipes and didn’t know how to fix it

Asked around and a colleague strongly suggested Craig.

Craig was very responsive and knowledgeable. Craig came up with the solution to re-route the pipes away from the external wall and executed the plan over a very short period of time.

Craig built a beautiful solid deck around our front door. The design aspect of this was very thorough, as was the choice of materials. Craig has some great tools, and he was happy to share them with us in the interest of keeping the costs reasonable. It was great to work with him, and we can recommend him very highly.
