Fantastic service start to finish. From when I called in, keeping well informed. Installer was great keeping me posted all day and was extremely clean and friendly.

We replaced our rental hot water tank with a new John Woods 50 gallon tank. Two employees from Infiniti arrived when they said they would, took out the old tank and put it in the garage, capped the existing exhaust runs to the chimney, installed the new tank and new exhaust pipe running outside the house, did all the necessary water and gas line work to disconnect and reconnect the new tank. Afterwards gave me instructions how to adjust the heat, where to have a new electrical plug installed by our electrician. They used my extension cord to start to supply power to the tank until the plug was installed. Both men were easy to talk to, explained what they were going to do, answered our questions and were very professional in their work and in dealings with us. I highly recommend Infiniti and will use them in the future.

Our system stopped working just as we were entering a hot spell and needed the AC. Infinite sent out a service rep very quickly who diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. He returned the next day past normal business hours and had us enjoying our AC as soon as possible. We appreciated the prompt, friendly and reliable service.

Great job as always, on time, fixed the pool heater (mice eaten some wires), cleaned furnace, charges very reasonable, and staff very pleasant to deal with.
