Paid in advance for whole season they quit mid-season

I paid for whole season in advance and added ice removal. They quit half way through the winter w no explanation and no offer of alternative. They always came really late (24 hours after snow stopped) and did a bad job. One of service crew seemed intoxicated DISHONEST TO TAKE MONEY UPFRONT AND NOT DO JOB. REIMBURSE ME
