Russel and his team were great. They work very fast and work hard to get job done on time. Russel is approachable if you have any issue's and he works hard to fix. His price and work is great value compared to some bigger companies were you pay for the extra bells and whistles when your really just looking for meat and potatoes especially when your looking at over 250' of fence without taking out a second mortgage.

Russell completed backyard fence for myself and my 3 other adjoining neighbours. Did a great job, timely and out of 4 quotes was the most cost effective. Did not gouge. it was a large job, each of us have about a 70 - 80 ft deep back yard. the cost was split between neighbours

Russel came out in early November of 2020 to my Downtown Home & helped me find a solution to a leak that was causing one of my Limestone Pillars on my Front Porch to be eroded. He did a very neat job of caulking the area which took approximately 1 hour.
Russel is a very well trained worker & an excellent Handyman. I would recommend him highly.
Russel will be coming back in the Spring Of 2021 to complete the repair of the eroded Limestone Pillar which is the second part of the job. I have been looking for a Handyman for many years now & am so glad I found Russel of Lacaden Renovations.

Russel and his team mounted two TVs in real quick time. Both TVs had tricky mounts to use, and were both installed well. Russel also concealed the wires in one of the TVs behind the drywall.

Russel did a very good job in refreshing two of my bathrooms which included new tiles, installation of a new IKEA vanity and painting. He was courteous during the several days he was here and was receptive in improving the job as he progressed. During this Covid time he was respectful of mask wearing and social distancing. A hard working and honest handyman who maintained a clean working environment at all times.

Russel is a dream handyman. He is available quickly, he’s pleasant to have around, and his prices are very reasonable. In addition to the outer doors he came to repair, I showed him a closet door that needed replacing and he suggested fixing it instead at a fraction of the cost of replacement. I would recommend Russel in a heartbeat. My only hesitation is that he will become too popular!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Russel and his colleague who came over to fix a few things around the house. The gentlemen were punctual which is a rare quality in builders/contractors. They were efficient, very polite/helpful and reasonably priced! Definitely well worth the service and YES, I would use them again and recommend their service to others!!

Russel responded promptly to my request for a bifold door installation and a small custom door for a storage area. He was both professional and prompt online and arranged a meeting within 1 day. Russel did an excellent job in the installation and completed in less time than anticipated. He was very neat on the job site and courteous to me and my aging golden retriever!
