We lost the old furnace over night. Andre answered the call after midnight; was at my house for 7am; was back at my house with the new furnace for about 12noon. The new furnace, air cleaner and thermostat were in by 5pm. I was impressed by Andre and his team. Friendly, professional crew who were there when I needed them. Not sure what else one could ask for.

Andre and a colleague arrived with 1.5 hours notice to fix my furnace at 2am. No surprise fees, just cheerful and knowledgeable help. He followed up the next morning to ensure we were ok. He is timely, affordable and takes pride in his work. City’s Choice will be on my list of trusted service people for a long time to come. Thanks Andre!

After 1 year of having a furnace, we needed somebody to come check and make sure everything was working right and get some maintenance work done. My mother recommended Andre without hesitation as he has helped her and my grandmother with many of their needs. His service and professionalism was excellent! He came the day after I first contacted him, he was very friendly, explained what he was doing and answered questions too. Very happy to know our furnace is maintained and safe!

Anyone can install a new AC, but Andre goes the extra mile with excellent customer service. When my elderly mother's AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone to come and replace it quickly. I had been very happy with the work that Andre had done for me in the past, so he was my first and only call. He returned my text right away and provided me with a competetive quote. Andre and his team came by the next day and set up a new AC for my mother. Their work was very professional and they cleaned up the surrounding area. My mother was very impressed by their work and loves her new AC.

Andre was great...easy to deal with, explained everything and answered any questions I had for him.....would use him again. He serviced my ac unit and in the back of my mind before they showed up os...hes going to tell me I need something I didnt require....but he was great , tested unit everyrhing was fine..Andre puts the trust back in the service industry...

The 2 employees that came to install our A/C were courteous, efficient, cleaned after they were finished, even took their shoes off to avoid any damage to our new carpeting! They were amazing and managed to make it out same day we called! Extremely professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the installation of our A/C. Andre is a man of his word and I appreciate the work that both he and his partner did. I give them an A++++. They will be my #1 choice for any future heating or air conditioning needs I may have!

After having another company cancel 1 hour before the appointment to fix my water tank I google search and came across city’s choice comfort air . I was glad I didn’t have to leave a message and spoke to technician on Sunday ! I was prepared to wait for next day for appointment but I was wrong . They accommodated same day service Fantastic. Andre was on time profesional and resolve my hot water problem same day, he was very helpful and advise of need service to avoid reoccurring issues and costly repairs.
I won’t have to look for another technician again! I’m sticking with city’s choice comfort air for all my future problems . They will be on my recommendation list with all family and friends .
