Moving & Storage review in Toronto

When we decided it was time to renovate our 30 year old condo, Greg was one of the first contractors we interviewed. This was an extensive renovation that included changing the floor plan, a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and installing all new electrical and plumbing.
Greg is a true professional. He made sure we understood all the steps necessary for a great renovation. He assured us about licenses, insurance, building permits and provided us with a list of referrals and pictures of former projects.
Greg presented numerous floor plan concepts for us to consider and had carefully costed each proposal. All the concepts provided more open living space and a modern feel to the condo.
We found that Greg did an excellent job managing our project. Weekly meetings were held to review the work that had been finished and ensure our satisfaction. Payments were requested only after the work had been completed. Greg communicated extremely well and give us sufficient notice for selecting kitchen cupboards, vanities, and other materials materials such as tiles, paint colours and fixtures. This was essential to ensure the project stayed on schedule.
We are delighted with our new condo. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. We would highly recommend Greg and his team for any renovation, big or small.

Complete Renovation

Bathroom Renovation review in Toronto

Greg has completed 2 renovations for us in 2 different homes. Both renovations were extensive including bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, windows etc. Both renovations exceeded our expectations. We appreciated Greg's creative designs and excellent craftsmanship. Other contractors who visited our home after the renovations also complimented his work. We also appreciated the open lines of communication throughout the project. Highly recommended!

Thanks for the top rating you have given my company. It was a pleasure working with you on the design and renovation of both your homes. What really stands out in my mind with your most recent project was the great choices you made for the fireplace mantle and trim work, the outcome of the beautiful family room cabinetry, the finishing choices in both bathrooms and the addition of the breakfast bar in the kitchen. From a structural standpoint it really made sense to open up the main floor walls, move the laundry machines upstairs and convert the bathtub to a shower in the master bathroom. World’s Best Contractor - Kitchen, Bathrooms, All Other Rooms

Greg has done several home renovation projects for us: family room, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, and kitchen. All were complex projects. Greg offered creative designs and suggestions for getting the most use from our living areas including features that we would never have thought of on our own; e.g., cabinets, drawers and shelves to fill empty spaces. Where we wanted to maintain the look of the original house, he restored rooms to duplicate the appearance and character of the originals; this entailed removing and replacing wooden panels and beams, and building shelves and cabinets that matched originals perfectly in both style and colour. He added bay windows and a window seat to brighten and expand dining and family rooms. He created beautiful modern bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen. His workmanship and work ethic are excellent. He did his utmost to ensure our comfort during the renovations; e.g., during the kitchen renovation, he set up a temporary cooking and eating area in the dining room, and attached the old kitchen sink to flexible pipes so that it moved around the room and we could use it until our new sink was installed. When Greg and his team left at the end of each day, the house was spotless and dust free. He did whatever was necessary to ensure that the final result was as expected. All this is why we keep engaging Greg for subsequent renovation projects. We recommend him without reservation.

Renovation Excellence

Kitchen, bathroom, main floor reno

Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in Toronto

Greg did a major renovation of our main floor including the kitchen, family room, bathroom, and laundry room, and the results were amazing.
We have since had Greg back to do our master bedroom bathroom and again for the main upstairs bathroom.
Needless to say we were very happy with each project and would not hesitate to have him back for more projects.
His work is top notch, and he is very reliable, when he says he will be there he will be there.
Over 30 years in the business, he knows what he is doing.

I wanted to thank you for highly recommending my company. I have enjoyed working with you and Cathy on the different renovations in your home. With regards to the kitchen and family room I'm happy you opted to remove the wall between these two rooms. I thought you made a great choice on your kitchen cabinets and I feel the design for the fireplace and built in books cases in the family room worked really well. But I think what fully completed this project was removing the dividing wall. It improved the traffic and visual flows, made the space look larger, allowed more sunlight in and resulted in better views of your gardens outside. It was well worth the effort!
