provincial moving & delivery

This company contacted me about 6.30pm via kijiji after I posted a need for a mover. We agreed on a price per hour and they wanted a deposit. I agreed and he had me, while on the phone, do a e-transfer to his account. Later that night at 9.45, he called to offer a fixed price for the move but wanted full payment up front. I balked and asked him for references and proof of insurance. He provided two people to call, who were both pleased, but could not provide any insurance. I told him that his lack of visibility and public identity made me wary and I had decided to use another mover. I asked for my deposit back and he texted to say it was non refundable. I would not recommend his business practices.

I hired them 2 months ago. They came by for a visit. They wrote everything down. They stuck to their words and agreement on the moving day. Every item was in the same condition as it was before.

It's time to unpack and check. The move was awesome.

I hired Provincial Moving to move my two bedroom apt and they did a great job. They were 15 mins late but the sales guy had called me and told me they are going to be late due to traffic which is great customer service as moving is sometimes stressful and if you dont see your mover on time, you can start to panic. They dismantled my bed and nicely wrapped everything and moved everything safely. I gave some deposit in the beginning and the rest of the payment towards the end and paymeny was as quoted. Thank you again and will keep you guys in mind for future moves. Cheers!
