Fast replacement of a 24 year old furnace

Had a furnace failure 5 days before Xmas. Age of the furnace indicated that it best to replace the unit. Ended up with a York 80000btu unit. Install was done on Xmas Eve in the morning. 3 hrs later I had heat. Cost was very reasonable and beat an alternate quote by 2500. Two guys came and did the work quickly and cleaned up with no trace of the old furnace. New thermostat added. I am happy with the results. Hoping there will be a reduction on gas usage over time. The existing AC was left asis as I requested.
