I'd highly recommend EDM construction for your electrical/lighting work! Travis was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He always responded very fast and provided fair quotes. Travis was very accommodating to my schedule (i.e., weekend).

Travis has helped with two projects in my home:
1) Adding a new 240V circuit for an electric fireplace (I have a modern 3-story townhouse with no unfinished areas, but he was able to fish the wire discretely); and

2) Adding interior LED pot lights to the first floor. The pot lights on my 2nd floor are from the builder and they costed a fortune, but the pot lights Travis installed are a lot nicer (and cheaper). He used slim LED pot lights which look very sleek/modern.

Everything was fully licensed and certified. An electrical safety inspector came by and provided a certificate. He was impressed with the wiring for the new circuit (given the location of the fireplace and no unfinished areas).

Travis also visited my condo because I wanted to improve the lighting and provided some advice (since I had concrete ceilings).

Tom is amazing! My husband and I were trying to install some smart switches in our new home but couldn’t seem to figure out which wires connected to where. I sent a request to get a quote on the installation of two smart switches thinking I wouldn’t actually get a response. To my surprise, I received a call about an hour later from Tom. I definitely wasn’t expecting a response especially on a Sunday. After a very friendly chat and a few photos exchanged, the smart switches now work perfectly! I really didn’t think anyone would just help us fix the switch over the phone instead of charging us to fix it. I’m really grateful that Tom isn’t money driven and really just wanted to help us out with a quick solution. I now have his number saved under phone as “Great Electrician Guy Tom”. I will be sure to contact him for any other electrical projects that we have in the future. I would highly recommend this company!

Travis and Tom responded immediately, which I've found to be unusual among many trades. They were friendly and professional and completely flexible with their timing. They arrived when they said (also unusual) and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price, particularly since it was a challenging removal and re-installation. While I'm able to do a lot of projects on my own, when I need professional assistance, I will be happy to call Travis and Tom. Highly recommended for construction and electrical work!

I found this company online and when I called they were responsive and quick with setting up an estimate. They have competitive pricing but the selling factor was how accommodating they were considering I am a working mother. They offered to come early and late nights which I declined and set up an appointment for their earliest weekend availability. My family needed 6 pot lights to be installed and it took no time at all to do the job. The gentlemen who did the work was efficient, and overall very professional. He cleaned up after himself and showed up in the set time slot agreed. They definitely would be the company I would contact if I ever needed any other work done.
