Do not use this company. Tony is a very dishonest person. He delivered us a washer dryer machine. And it broke down the first day. I told him I don’t feel comfortable with him bringing a replacement. So he said I’ll charge you 850$ to remove it. We said no, and now he refuses to refund our money that we paid in full. please don’t use this company... if anything goes wrong after he leaves, he will want more money to remedy his problem.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to put a review for us. We are sorry you were not satisfied with our service. You wanted a refurbished unit which we delivered for you however it's inevitable that machines can brake down upon delivery and transportation which is why we always provide a full 3 months warranty on all of our units. When the washer broke down we communicated to you that it will be fully taken care of and you have warranty but you chose to brake the warranty policy and purchase a new machine yourself. Even then we still offered you a partial refund. Anytime a warranty is voided there is no refund or repair but we still chose to give you a partial refund which you did not accept. Sorry once again and hopefully you know how warranty policies work for the future and we wish you all the best.
