I was in need of someone that day and he was able to get to the house within 20 mins of our chat. The assessment price was slightly higher than other quotes I received ($120 vs $90-100) but he was there fast and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was knowledgeable of why the furnace failed as well as of the specific brand of unit. He replaced the part that day and even picked me up a new filter which he didn't even charge me for!
