They were conscientious not only about the preparation and execution of work - but also about clean up. The work couldn't be completed without some disruption to my household - but they managed this as well as possible and gave me options. I felt that they could really relate to my needs and concerns as the homeowner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends.
