We retained Arqimov on a design-build basis for the conversion of a heritage house into a legal duplex. It is a challenging project due to the modest size of the house and its poor condition after decades of neglect, made more difficult by stringent heritage conservation requirements. Mo is a creative and experienced architect, and he came up with clever and cost-effective plans to modernize the house and maximize the liveable space. These plans not only satisfied our wish list for the project but also met the demands of the heritage conservation authority. We are very pleased with the design phase of their work and are looking forward to the completion by Arqimov of the construction phase.
