She provided exceptional service in helping us to get the cabinets that we were looking for. Our bathroom was small and presented a challenge to get the functionality that we were looking for and the storage space needed.

when my wife and i moved into our new condo the basement was unfinished. After about 6 months, when the summer rolled around we decided to get started. The Home Depot was great the had everything we needed in stock and a reasonable price, and everything was easy to find. Would and have used them since the com[letion of our basement.

We purchased an Anderson replacement door and the sub-contractor assigned to install it came out with the door (which was two weeks late in being delivered) took out our old door and noticed some rot on the sill. He told us he did not do repairs like this and would not install the door. I asked him to put the old door back in and he refused, he just nailed up a 2x4 sheet of plywood and left us hanging. Home Depot could not find another contractor after three days, so I hired my brother-in-law to come from 25 miles away to do the job. Good thing he is a licenced builder. So make sure you hire the right people from the start!

We needed to replace our family room carpet due to flooding. The staff was very informative and helpful. Install date was quite another story; very delayed. We had to wait a few weeks for the install tehn we were contacted my the contracted installer that it would be delayed again due to unavaialibilty of the contractor.

We used the services of the design department to complete a plan for the kitchen and had someone come out to the house to do the measurements. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. When we ordered the supplies, they were sent promptly and on our schedule. Throughout the working of the renovation we were in constant contact with the store and used many of their suppliers for the additional components - e.g. lighting and appliances. We were very happy with them.

I went into the store to buy a sump pump, which I knew nothing about. A very knowledgable employee helped me understand the differences between various pumps. I was very happy with my purchase and my experience at this store.
