We had our main floor, second floor, and basement windows (12 total) replaced by HTR in Fall 2023.
Ivan was great from start to finish. He went above and beyond, and was fair and honest in answering our many questions. Throughout the process, his expertise and suggestions helped us make the best decision for our preferences. There was clear and quick communication on timelines and expectations.
Installation of all windows took 2 days. The work was done very well with clean lines both indoor and outdoor. Val and his team were on time and efficient and cleaned up after themselves, leaving the site very tidy.
