It was great to have window service from HTR. This was our first experience with window replacement and we were confused from what it takes to change, budget and who to hire. We shortlisted around 5 vendors and met all of them for quotes and to also see who takes time to explain and their level of confidence. We found that HTR stood out. Dennis from HTR windows walked us through the process, answered all our questions, and was quick to respond when we had follow up questions a few days later.
When we hire of service, we do look for price and budget, but not at the expense of quality. We received that quality from HTR. It gives peace of mind that if I have any questions and concerns today (months after installation is complete), I know I can call or text Dennis and he would still pick up and help us as warmly as he did first time.
We are happy with product and service and wish HTR windows continue their commitment to their customers as they do today.
