HTR Windows and Doors

Amazing experience with HTR Doors and Windows. The consultation was very informative and they explained all of my options to me, which was very helpful! The installation process was quick and they did extremely detailed work, our house looks amazing now!

We needed a new storm door and a new front door, and so we chose HTR Windows and Doors because of all the great reviews we read on HomeStars. We weren't disappointed. From Hy who came over to estimate the costs, to Vitaly who installed the doors, to Igor, all were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to and to contact if needed. We are very happy with the work done and the doors look wonderful. Vitaly also thoroughly cleaned up along the way while working, something I've never seen from other installers. In the near future we will also replace our bedroom windows and HTR will be the company we are trusting to do the work. Top-notch company! ~ Max

From the moment that Denis came to our home for our consultation, it was obvious that HTR cares about their customers and the product that they offer. We had an in depth discussion and he made various suggestions based on the look we were going for. He even came back a second time with samples to ensure we were 100% comfortable with the stain colour that we chose.

Alex was an excellent installer, respected our home and left it clean when he was finished. He came back to touch up a couple of spots on the trim with stain to make sure we had a flawless finish.

HTR was not the cheapest, but the time they took to assist us in selecting our front and back doors and their dedication to ensuring we were happy with the final product is untouchable. We would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I had such a great experience with HTR, Dennis was amazing giving me all the information prior to purchase and advising on what was best for me and my house. The installation process was impeccable, the crew that was sent were extremely professional, polite, clean and with such a great attitude. I will recommend to anyone I know, Changing your windows and doors can be very stressful but I have to say HTR made this process very easy for me, I would like to thank Dennis because his costumer service skills are just amazing. My house looks beautiful now.

As in most construction businesses mistake can happen but not with these guys

HTR is a honest , straightforward, company which completed the window installation very satisfactorly. The finishing details look better than my two other window installers, done in previous years.
One window had a small manufacturers defect and under the warrenty HTR replaced that window, with no difficulties or prodding on my part.
Initially when the installer came he gave me suggestions about the window area which I greatly appreciated. I am very satisfied with the work done, thanks HTR.

I got 4 quotes for triple glass windows, engery star rated after reviewing all quotes. I decided that HTR was the best choice. Am very satisfied with windows and installation. Highly recommend this HTR.
