HTR Windows and Doors

It was great to have window service from HTR. This was our first experience with window replacement and we were confused from what it takes to change, budget and who to hire. We shortlisted around 5 vendors and met all of them for quotes and to also see who takes time to explain and their level of confidence. We found that HTR stood out. Dennis from HTR windows walked us through the process, answered all our questions, and was quick to respond when we had follow up questions a few days later.

When we hire of service, we do look for price and budget, but not at the expense of quality. We received that quality from HTR. It gives peace of mind that if I have any questions and concerns today (months after installation is complete), I know I can call or text Dennis and he would still pick up and help us as warmly as he did first time.

We are happy with product and service and wish HTR windows continue their commitment to their customers as they do today.

Installers were very professional. They prepared the works areas to keep house clean. After completing job they cleaned up the house. I hardly had any cleaning to do. They were both friendly and they worked well together. Salesman was professional new his product.

HTR was sent to our home for an insurance quote on our Entrance door. Dainis was personable, professional and honest from the start. We had not planned on replacing any windows in our house but, after the door consultation, we decided to use HTR to replace our aging front windows.
We were given multiple options for grades of windows and finishes. On installation day, the installer and helpers we kind, courteous and respectful of our home.
We are very pleased at the end result and have received numerous compliments on the work.

For years and years, I was staring at the old Bay kitchen window. It was almost impossible to clean it from the outside, so, it was always filthy. But the worst part was to open it. The opening mechanism was too heavy, the handles getting rusty. I would need to get into the sink to lift the heavy part.
