Once Upon a Move

We hired Once Upon a Move on a friend's recommendation and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent moving company. Scott and Paul did a great job with our move and navigating some tricky condo security doors/ elevators and some inconvenience. They were professional, careful, and thorough. Time and cost estimates were accurate. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

Worst experience with this company. Started with them forgetting to bring wardrobe boxes I was forced to pack all my clothes at the last minute in garbage bags The attire of the workmen was unprofessional (combat boots untied). Music blaring from the truck all day. The way they carried my valuables was nerve wracking - carrying over 5 boxes at a time with valuables. They put all the hardware for beds, sofas etc on bottom of a box, mixed all together so when it came time to put together - took forever and lost screws. The cost was double from a previous move 5 yrs ago - so I had only $750 cash. Offered a cheque which he previously said he would accept but bullied me into a etransfer that I rarely use & then accused me of not paying. My bank was holding for security review. Horrible horrible experience. All I can say is the furniture did get here and nothing was broken. Very unprofessional and amateur company
