The technicians in particular showed a thorough knowledge of plumbing complexities, adherence to code, and a deep understanding of the city's administrative procedures and physical water and sewer infrastructure, all while ensuring superior results. Their dedication and kindness were truly noteworthy. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Jake from Expert Plumbing and Drains. When he arrived he immediately removed his shoes (which I insisted he didnt need to do) and went to work. He explained everything that he was doing, unplugged the drain and then did multiple tests to ensure it was clear. We really appreciated how quick the process was and how friendly and thorough Jake was.

Jake and his Apprentice showed up on time, they were neat courteous and professional.

We had a new faucet provided (by Expert Plumbing as I didn't have time to shop) and installed.
2 toilets were leaking and needed new seals.
Mike was great to work with. Very friendly and likable.

We have the same problem with our kitchen drain every year. This year it took 3 hours to resolve the issue.
The original plumbing was installed over 20 years ago. The installation was done very poorly by another company.
We have been using Expert Plumbing for many years and they are very professional.
Two of my daughters have used them as well and they live in Etobicoke.

I submitted a request to Expert Plumbing and Drains to help with sudden low pressure in our kitchen sink. I heard back early the next morning and a visit was booked according to my schedule. The plumber arrived on time and quickly discovered the issue. We ended up getting a new faucet, he actually went to the store and got the new faucet and installed it within an hour or so. I was very impressed and happy with the service. Thank you!

We had a clogged drain in our 40 year old plumbing. I contacted Expert Plumbing and Drain and had a response immeditely. We set up an appointment and I was told the plumber would contact us as they were heading to our home. True to their word, we received a call and Mike said he would be at our home shortly. The situation was more complicated than we had thought and it was dealt with efficiently. We thought the cost of the job was more than fair and we felt like we were treated respectfully throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend both Expert Plumbing and Mike in particular.
