Water Shut off valve replacement

Plumbing review in Mississauga

Our condo units needed the main water shut off valves replaced. Expert plumbing arrived promptly, as planned, and inspected my water shut off valve. I was advised that mine was fairly new and didn't need to be replaced. They worked all day and did 18 units in our complex. I would recommend them!

New fitting on pool plumbing.

Thank you for the review and feedback it really helps our process of providing the best service possible. I would just like to note that the plumbers total time on site was one hour and 30 minutes. Even though the job itself took between 30 and 45 minutes, the set up and pack up as well as the pick up of extra pipe required was the factor in the full hour and 30 minutes. The plumber who arrived on site was able to use a reeming tool to save cost on replacing an expensive pool part that connected to other components. As trade professionals the job can often appear quick and easy but that is due to the level of experience of the tradesmen. We appreciate your business and your feedback and we will be here to help with any future plumbing issues.

Emergency sewage backup

Fast and Effective

Hamilton

Mike was fast and effective. He was honest and quickly fixed the issues. Our issues were smaller, plumbing in a toilet and sink mechanisms that needed replacing, however we could just never find the time to fix them.

Main sewer drain clogged; got back-water valve

Very responsive. They're the first people I called. I felt the price was premium. I then realized that their price was within the usual range of other providers. At the end the job was not done with them mainly because I turned off due to the price, but they seem professional and they seem to have a protocol of how they get things done. I would consider them again.

Basement Kitchen Plumbing

Professional company. Great experience starting with the office AM who was extremely pleasant on the phone and promoted the company owner, plumbers, and their services - the way any owner would want to have as a "face of the company".
The owner, apprentice, and plumber were all real nice guys and professional. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would on each of the days. They worked efficiently and we all worked as a team together to get all the various jobs done (water lines, vents, drains to various appliances and sink). They did great quality work and most importantly were all great quality people and would highly recommend EPD. Thank you!
