We returned home after a week away to find our house stifling and the AC unresponsive.

I put my request for a visit in to homestars about one minute before Lorans called me to offer his services.

He was over a few hours later, diagnosed the problem - broken starter - and finished the repairs.

Lorans and his team (incl. Yussef and an electrician) did a great job with repairs in my 50+ year old condo.
Lorans first came for A/C coils maintenance, and then again to replace molded insulation in 2 very narrow A/C shafts, install a fan in a bathroom, where other contractors have said it is not possible, and finally he even changed a light fixture as a gift.
What is invaluable about Lorans is that he is not only excellent professional, as well as extremely reliable and prompt person, but he is also very friendly and explains all details and options. The cost was very reasonable. I could not have found a better contractor; I am so happy with the service.

They are an amazing company. Very responsive. Lorans was very informative and tried his best to fix the issue. What originally we thought was an air conditioning issue was actually the furnace not working. He put gas in, serviced the air conditioner and even tried to fix the furnace but that didn't work. Now we have to get a new furnace.

Lorans was honest, helpful, professional and a very hard worker. Instead of pushing to buy a new Furnace/AC like the previous 2 HVAC guys I got he helped by ordering me a new motor and now my old furnace and ac are running again. From my first inquiry up until the end of the job, the Elite team were friendly, knowledgable and consistently communicative about the process. The first site visit was quick and efficient and answered all of my quesitons. I received a quote came that evening and the work was done two days later. The installation team were well prepared and very adaptable to the specifics of my living situation, keeping in touch at every step of the way. They were polite and respectful of my home and, after the job was finished, tested the equipment thoroughly and disposed of the previous unit and all of the new packaging. Before leaving they did a final sweep and answered all remaining questions. This was a very positive experience and I will definitely work with Elite again when the time comes.
